Welcome to Bay Area Christian School / Early Learning Academy and thank you for your interest.

Important Kindergarten Note: To enter kindergarten the student MUST be 5 years old before September 1 of the school year. If your child does not meet this requirement, please do not proceed!

Important ELA Enrollment Notes:

P2: Must be 2 years old by 9/1.

K3 : Must be 3 years old by 9/1

K4: Must be 4 Years old by 9/1.

Bridge: Must be 5 years old by 12/31.

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application. Families must apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee must be submitted with each application. Please be sure to select the appropriate school year when choosing an application.

Applications will NOT be processed without all of the required documentation:

P2-Bridge (Required Documentation)

Copy of Birth Certificate

Copy of up-to-date Immunization Record (signed by the physician and/or stamped by the clinic)

Copy of signed court documents (adoption, divorce decree, custodial rights, etc.)

Please note there will be additional paperwork that will be needed once the application is accepted. This will be communicated to you via email.

Kindergarten - 12th grade (Required Documentation)

Copy of Birth Certificate

Copy of up-to-date Immunization Record

Copy of signed court documents (adoption, divorce decree, custodial rights, etc.)

Copy of most recent report card/progress report (not Kindergarten)

Student Questionnaire (5th & 6th grade)

Copy of most current Standardized Achievement Tests (if applicable)

Please provide any special psychological or educational tests.

High School Transcript

Attendance, tardies and behavior report (7th - 12th)

*Recommendations (Referral Section in on-line application)

*Recommendations - from most recent school

Email addresses will be sent a quick online survey.

-- Grades K-6 1 from a Core Teacher

-- Grades 7-12 - 1 from an Administrator, 1 from a CORE Teacher (not a coach)

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account, then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

If you have not already done so, please schedule a visit to tour our school and campus by completing this form for grades K-12 or by contacting our Early Learning Academy office for preschool.

Tours are available:

K-12: Monday - Friday

9:00am, 11:00am & 1:30pm

Please allow 45 minutes to one hour for elementary tours and 1.5 hours for secondary tours

ELA: Monday - Thursday

9:00 - 11:00am (by appointment only)

Please allow approximately 15 minutes for tours.
